Hi my name is Tom and I am Personal Trainer
based in Kenilworth in Warwickshire, but also cover the
surrounding area. I have always had a passion for sport
from a young age in school.
At the start of my health and fitness journey most of my
activities were fitness led. I played a number of sports
such as football and rugby league. However at
the age of 16 when I was allowed to train in a gym I found
a love for weight lifting and resistance training.
This meant I was able to build my physique from a skinnier
shape to a more muscular, stronger frame. This increased
my confidence massively and improved my performance
in a variety of sports that I played.
This passion for strength training, combined with a love
for competitive running has kept me extremely passionate
about the Health and Fitness industry.
I now have a total of 16 years’ experience in strength training combined with regular running and conditioning. It was only a few years ago that I decided to make Health and Fitness my full time job, leaving a good job in the transport industry.
I realised that I wanted to spend my time doing the thing that I am the most passionate about, changing people’s lives for the better. Over the last few years I have helped a large number of men and women lose weight, get stronger and fitter and generally feel like the best version of themselves.
